Personal Training

The personal training I offer is a unique experience, with each exercise session designed specifically for you.

I can provide one-to-one sessions, or if you have a like-minded friend then why not consider a joint session?

How it works

Following an initial, free consultation, you can choose for me to come to your home, or if you would prefer to work outdoors, at a nearby open space. I will bring the appropriate equipment for your workout – you just need to do the hard work!
Your sessions will be fun and tailored to your needs, and we will work together to create a programme of exercise that you can also follow on your own, should you wish.

Reasons for Personal Training

Having a trainer with you, who is qualified and experienced, will ensure you have a time-efficient exercise session that is safe and effective, geared towards your aims. Using long and short-term goals, I will help you reach your true potential, discussing strategies to overcome relapses, and helping you to increase your self-confidence by teaching correct exercise techniques and improving your knowledge of health and fitness issues.
