The personal training I offer is a unique experience, with each exercise session designed specifically for you.

I can provide one-to-one sessions, or if you have a like-minded friend then why not consider a joint session?

How it works

Following an initial, free consultation, you can choose for me to come to your home, or if you would prefer to exercise outdoors, at a nearby open space. I will bring the appropriate equipment for your workout – you just need to do put the effort in!

Your sessions will be fun and tailored to your needs, and we will work together to create a programme of exercise that you can also follow on your own, should you wish.

Weight Control

Let me give you the support you need to be successful in controlling your weight.  Not only will I design an optimal fitness routine, but using daily food logs, I continually assess, monitor and goal-set with you.

Pain Free Movement

I will give you corrective exercises to ensure optimal posture, resulting in reduced pain and improved function.

Pregnancy & Post Baby Fitness

Maintain physical conditioning during your pregnancy or return gradually to peak condition following your six week post-natal check up.

Senior Fitness

I am a specialist in designing and implementing programmes for older clients.

Injury Rehabilitation

Whether  you have on old injury or a recent niggle, I provide appropriate, progressive exercise to enable you to return to normal functioning.  I can liaise with your physiotherapist to ensure a joined-up approach to your rehabilitation.
