Based in Dursley, Gloucestershire, and with over twenty five years personal training experience, I am confident I can support you in achieving your fitness goals.
I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, including the elderly, those with injuries, chronic pain, long-term illness, confidence or motivation issues, or weight loss.
I have worked in health and fitness since graduating with a BA (Honours) in Human Movement in 1990. I graduated with a Masters in Exercise and Health Science at Bristol University in 1997, where my dissertation involved working with people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), assessing the influence of exercise on their mobility and strength. In 2003, I gained the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer qualification, one of the most advanced global personal training qualifications.
