Personal fitness training in the Dursley and Cam area, in the convenience of your own home or local surroundings. Lisa King Personal Training brings over 30 years experience in health and fitness, with a more recent focus working with older clients and/or those with health conditions.

What is personal training?

It is where I meet you in your home, or outdoor space, and guide you through exercises chosen specifically for you. I ensure the exercises are safe, effective, fun and directed to your particular needs.

My aim is that you are challenged and motivated to put in lots of effort, so that your objectives are met.

Perhaps you just require a few sessions to kick start your exercise routine, or maybe you would like regular sessions to ‘get it done’.

Ultimately, if you ask for my help I will work hard and support you to be as independent as you wish to be in your activity goals.
