 Personal Space Bristol Personal Training Studio  I am Lisa King (nee Harvey), co-founder of Bristol’s Personal Space personal training and pilates studio. Having moved to Dursley some years ago, and set up our family home, I am now offering my services locally during school hours.

 Personal Space Bristol Personal Training Studio I am qualified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and continue my development through ongoing education as part of this highly respected certification. I am passionate about health and fitness, and combined with my skills and experience am confident I can provide you with the advice, guidance and motivation you may be looking for to help you realise your health and wellbeing goals.  

Personal Space Bristol Personal Training Studio I have worked in the health and fitness industry for 25 years, and launched Personal Space back in 2000, which at the time was Bristol’s only dedicated personal fitness studio. I have particular experience working with men and women from the ages of 40 to 90, from a multitude of backgrounds and fitness needs.
